Ten realizations about mainstream medicine

Love this article, many thanks to Mike Adams, at   http://www.naturalnews.com/028561_mainstream_medicine_health_care.html

If mainstream medicine really works, why are Americans so unhealthy?

Did you ever wonder why such an alarmingly high percentage of Americans are obese, diabetic, depressed and suffering from cancer, heart disease, kidney disorders and skin problems? Now consider the fact that Americans pay more per capita for health care than any other nation in the world. Americans pay the highest prices, by far, for medications, medical imaging scans, blood work, surgeries, chemotherapy and hospital stays. And yet what does America have to show for it? The most universally diseased population in the world — and a nation on the verge of bankruptcy caused in part by mainstream medicine.

But this isn’t a slam on America itself: It’s an indictment of the mainstream medical system that has been running a monopoly medical racket in America for roughly the last hundred years. Under the system of monopolistic medical practices enforced by the FDA, AMA, FTC and state medical boards, “mainstream medicine” has taken a nation that was once relatively healthy and turned it into a disease dystopia where patients are actually taught that nutrition doesn’t work and that they must submit to patented chemicals in order to be “normal” or healthy.

Mainstream medicine has reached such a level of insanity that its corporations now claim intellectual ownership over nearly 20 percent of the human genome. This has all been done to create a corporate monopoly over human genes in the same way that mainstream medicine has already created an FDA-enforced monopoly over isolated chemicals — many of which were ripped off from nature.

At the same time that mainstream medicine has created for itself an oppressively-enforced monopoly over medical treatments, it has brought America to the brink of bankruptcy while delivering only pain, suffering and pharmaceutical addiction to the masses. Mainstream medicine says poison is medicine (chemotherapy) while teaching people that nutrition is useless. This is the system of medicine that dismisses the value of sunlight, colon cleansing, acupuncture and juice cleansing, but it firmly believes in toxic vaccines, chemotherapy, cancer-causing mammograms and dispensing a lifetime of poisonous medications to little babies who are now being diagnosed with depression before they’re even old enough to speak!

And yet — stunningly — the promoters and pushers of mainstream medicine claim it is a huge success! Remarkably, they even claim it is the only system of medicine in the entire world that works.

Yep, out of all the hundreds of other systems of medicine practiced around the world — most of which are based on medicinal herbs and natural remedies, by the way — the arrogant, ignorant promoters of mainstream medicine have no shame standing in a room of chemo patients (most of whom are dying from the chemotherapy) and proclaiming, “This is the ONLY system of medicine in the entire world that has any merit whatsoever!”

And, yes, they actually believe that. Mainstream medicine may not be good at promoting health, but it is very, very good at brainwashing otherwise intelligent people into believing that the Emperor is, indeed, wearing glorious flowing robes even as he walks down the street butt naked.

Ten realizations about “mainstream medicine”
When it comes to whether mainstream medicine really works, here are ten important “reality check” realizations to keep in mind:

#1) If mainstream medicine really worked, then drug companies wouldn’t have to commit scientific fraud to fake their clinical trials, would they?

#2) If mainstream medicine really worked, then doctors, drugs companies and the FDA wouldn’t be afraid of competition from nutritional supplements and natural remedies, and they wouldn’t keep trying to censor or outlaw those natural remedies.

#3) If mainstream medicine really worked, drug companies would gladly test their drugs side-by-side with nutritional remedies to see what works best. ( http://www.naturalnews.com/028473_Z…)

#4) If mainstream medicine really worked, health insurance costs would be extremely low. The only reason health insurance costs so much is because mainstream medicine doesn’t cure anybody, and patients stay sick, which costs more money to keep treating!

#5) If mainstream medicine really worked, then all the other countries in the world would be looking at the U.S. health care system and saying, “Wow, we want THAT!”

#6) If mainstream medicine really worked, drug companies would be out of business because virtually everybody would be healthy and therefore not need drugs on an ongoing basis.

#7) If mainstream medicine really worked, doctors would largely put themselves out of business by teaching patients how to take care of their own health.

#8) If mainstream medicine really worked, drug companies like Johnson & Johnson wouldn’t have to pay kickbacks (bribes) to nursing homes to entice them to push more of their drugs onto helpless senior citizens.

#9) If mainstream medicine really worked, the treatment of teenagers with chemotherapy wouldn’t have to be enforced by court order with the threat of arrest and imprisonment of the parents (as happens in the U.S. today). ( http://www.naturalnews.com/Abraham_…)

#10) If mainstream medicine really worked, drug companies wouldn’t need to advertise on television to persuade people to take drugs they don’t need.

Now, to hear mainstream medicine pushers say it, the only reason Americans are so sick and diseased right now is because — get this — not enough people are taking enough medications!

Yes… if they could only convince more parents to drug more babies and toddlers; or if they could get more teens on four, five or six drugs at once; or if they could convince nursing homes to pop a dozen different meds into the mouths of senior citizens then we’d all be healthier!

America, you see, suffers from a medication deficiency. That’s the line of mainstream medicine: More meds = less disease. And now, they’re trying to convince everyone that even healthy people now need meds (statin drugs) even if they show no symptoms of disease.

So now — get this — being healthy is no longer enough to avoid medications! We’re ALL supposed to be medicated, whether we’re healthy or not.

Mainstream medicine, you see, isn’t satisfied to just treat sick people with its medications, radiation machines and surgical procedures: It wants to put all the healthy people on pills, too.

And what will be the result of all this? Imagine in your own mind, for a moment: What will be the result if, say, Americans start taking twice as much medication as they do right now. Will Americans be healthier?

Of course not. They will be more diseased. More medicated and chemically contaminated. The fish downstream will be even more polluted with pharmaceutical runoff and the bio sludge human waste “compost” products now being put on farms will be even more heavily saturated with medication chemicals.

Will that create health for America? Of course not. Mainstream medicine does not work. And pushing mainstream medicine onto more people will only cause more sickness, more suffering and more bankruptcies across American households.

It will, however, accomplish one very important thing: The obscene financial enrichment of a few powerful corporations like Pfizer, Merck, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca.

And that, my friends, is the entire point of mainstream medicine: To mainline the profits for Big Pharma, sideline the legitimate health problems of the American people, and streamline the criminal soaking of the rich, the poor and the recently-insured in order to turn sickness into profit.

That’s mainstream medicine for you. I’m sure glad I don’t use it.

Why is homeopathy so popular?

I found this great article this morning- thanks to Dr. Shreya: available here : http://www.drshreya.com/html/homeopathy-why-popular.html

The Secret Behind Popularity of Homeopathy!

If you ask for a mode of therapy that is fast becoming popular all over the world, homeopathy will be the answer! It is the therapeutic system of medicine that is around since more than 200 years ago now and still sticking to same old principles, it is advancing in its field of treating intractable diseases. The basic reason behind this popularity is obviously the fact that “it works!”

Here is the list of factors those added glitter to homeopathic mode of treatment:

(1) Safety: In the mess of overwhelming medicinal dosages leading to excruciating side effects, homeopathy is believed as a weapon that kills disease without killing the person! Utmost safety due to highly minute doses those are potentized forms of different herbs and other sources is the plus of homeopathy. No wonder we see people around who read homeopathic literature and treat themselves with homeopathy and many times find better relief for their problems. However this is true only of certain acute conditions and not chronic ones. Lot more things need to be understood for treating chronic diseases and only a qualified homeopath can do this.

(2) Ability to treat chronic illnesses: The homeopathic medicines are capable of treating cases like intractable asthma, long standing psoriasis, and recurrent kidney stones. The diseases where modern medicine at times says “no”, homeopathy’s sphere of action begins. In many illnesses homeopathy is said to replace surgeon’s knife. Even incurable arthritis is treated with homeopathic medicines without inflicting any harm upon patients.

(3) Easy to take: Available in pill, powder, or liquid form, homeopathic medicines are easy to take for sure. Chewing the pills is a pleasurable experience for kids. That’s the reason why kids enjoy visiting homeopathic doctors and never fret questioning.

(4) Enhance bodily immunity: Instead of suppressing existing disease in question. Homeopathy by its eternal principle of “like cures like” enhances bodily immunity and enables the body to repel the disease in its entirety. That’s the reason homeopathy is believed to be extremely effective even in dealing with preventive aspects of infectious diseases in epidemics like swine flu. It is recommended by homeopathic experts that instead of digging the well when it is too late, it is better to opt for homeopathy when you sense the impending attack so that herd immunity can be built.

(5) Veterinary Use: Homeopathic medicines have been found useful for dogs, cats, and animals alike. Not only veterinary but homeopathic medicines are also found useful for plant diseases. Due to this all-round safe use, homeopathic medicines have grown popular by leaps and bounds in recent years.

Vitamin C for wrinkles: Most effective on the skin or taken orally?

I have used topical Vitamin C products for a long time, and swear they make a difference to my skin. There is research that shows in fact Vitamin C is absorbed and effective topically.

Here’s a good article- thanks to thanks to Nicole Evans at:

http://www.helium.com/items/1175593-vitamin-c-skin-vitamin-c-wrinkles-vitamin-c-antiwrinkle-vitamin-c-face-vitamin-c-topical-skin

Vitamin C is much touted for its ability to prevent and improve wrinkles. Many people take Vitamin C as a supplement, but does oral Vitamin C work as well as topical Vitamin C skin care products for wrinkles?

The mechanism with which Vitamin C prevents wrinkles is due to its antioxidant properties. Damaging free radicals are generated in the skin by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun. These free radicals cause photo-aging, ie wrinkles and sun spots. Vitamin C in the skin is thought to play a key role in neutralizing these free radicals and reducing UV skin damage.

Once the sun damage has been done, vitamin C is believed to help treat photo-aging and improve wrinkled skin due to both vitamin C’s antioxidant properties and by increasing collagen production and improving collagen organization.

There is an abundance of skin products on the shelf that contain vitamin C. But is it really worth the extra cost, could consuming extra Vitamin C be enough? The human body has to get vitamin C from the diet because it can’t make it’s own. The vitamin C available from our diet is then used by every cell in our body, including our skin. Couldn’t eating lots of Vitamin C rich fruits and veggies and/or taking vitamin C orally be enough?

Well, it turns out that a very high concentration of vitamin C is required to get a therapeutically effective level of vitamin C in the skin. There are two characteristics of vitamin C that keep us from getting skin-therapeutic levels from oral supplementation. The first is that vitamin C is well absorbed orally at lower does, but absorption decreases as the dose increases. Approximately 80% of a 100 mg dose is absorbed, 63 % of a 500 mg dose is absorbed, and less than 50% of a 1250 mg dose is absorbed.

The second characteristic of Vitamin C that limits our attainable vitamin C levels in the skin, is that vitamin C is water soluble. So at high doses most of the Vitamin C that is absorbed is actually just excreted in the urine.

Topical preparations that contain vitamin C work well to increase the amount of vitamin C in our skin. Research indicates that skin creams containing 10% vitamin C might be most effective for increasing vitamin C concentrations in the skin. By using lotions or creams with vitamin C daily you can benefit from the protective antioxidant effect and the restorative collagen-boosting effect of vitamin C.

Adrenal weakness or exhaustion

How many of these symptoms do you have?
• Low body temperature
• Irritability
• Mental depression
• Weakness
• Unexplained hair loss
• Nervousness
• Apprehension
• Hypoglycemia
• Reduced concentration and focus
• Poor memory
• Feelings of frustration
• Excessive hunger
• Tendency towards inflammation
• Moments of confusion
• Indigestion
• Lightheadedness
• Palpitations [heart fluttering]
• Difficulty building muscle
• Dizziness when standing
• Reduced resistance to infections
• Low blood pressure
• Insomnia
• Food and/or inhalant allergies
• PMS
• Sweet cravings
• Dry skin and/or thin skin
• Headaches
• Little perspiration
• Intolerance to alcohol
• Alternating diarrhea and constipation
• Osteopenia/Osteoporosis
• Auto-immune diseases

Checking off 5 or more of these symptoms can indicate that you suffer from some degree of adrenal weakness, or adrenal exhaustion. This is fairly easy to remedy, with the right nutrients, such as adrenal extract, ginseng, Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B3, and some attention to stress moderation!

*           *          *             *           *            *            *           *

OK, so you have checked off a bunch of those- what to do?

All of these are available at health food stores.

PANAX OR CHINESE GINSENG : (Eleutherococcus is best for women)

Get either the extract form in a bottle, 1 dropper 3 times a day, with food or on empty stomach OR the little vials in a box, with honey, from Chinese stores, 1 vial 3 times a day. These vials can be ordered online from http://www.myvitanet.com/sielex30mlvi.html

LICORICE ROOT ( Be careful, licorice root can raise blood pressure; if you have hypertension, leave this one out). If you are not sure, take only 1 a day) Start with 1 capsule with each meal, build up to 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with lunch. Do not take after 3 PM. Check your blood pressure once a month.

PANTOTHENIC ACID (Vitamin B5)
1 x 500 mg capsule once a day for a month, then the amount in a multi vit will be enough as long as it is (25 -50 mgs)

VITAMIN C Be sure you are getting at least 1 gram (1000 mgs, or 2 x 500 mgs capsules) a day. 3 grams is better. Take it as Calcium Ascorbate or Ester C as this is easier on the gut.

ADRENAL EXTRACT This helps kick it all into action very well: 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch. If you feel a bit wired, just take the one with breakfast.
The brand I use most is Adrenal Glandular by Nutricology; some health food stores carry it, or you can order from

http://www.nextag.com/nutricology-adrenal-glandular/search-html

There are others with ginseng and licorice root in them as well- DON”T GET ONE WITH LICORICE ROOT IN IT, if you already are taking licorice root (as above)

This takes three to 6 months to hold. You’ll feel better within a week or two, but keep it up.

Also, everyone is different, and some people need the smallest amounts of the above nutrients and herbs, and others need the entire list at the maximum dose. Feel free to adjust the amounts till it feels right for you.

Good news about treating peanut allergies

The following article is taken with thanks from http://tinyurl.com/yk9f62w

However, I have to note upfront that homeopathic remedies do exactly this- desensitize- without the danger, and much more quickly and easily. Natra Bio and other companies sell homeopathic allergens, and we homeopaths have been successfully helping people reduce all kinds of allergies for many years.

I am glad to see the medical world is catching on, and learning that minute doses of something will cause desensitization, though!

Here is the article:
“Good news is on the horizon for parents of children with sever peanut allergies. The Addenbrook Hospital in Cambridge, England has already run a small, but successful, program to desensitize allergic children. Now they’re attempting to duplicate their results on a larger scale. “Every time people with a peanut allergy eat something, they’re frightened that it might kill them.” Dr. Andy Clark, who lead the Addenbrooke’s Hospital program says in a press release. “Our motivation was to find a treatment that would chance that and give them the confidence to eat what they like. It’s about quality of life.”

The new, larger study will exactly replicate the earlier program, which fed peanut allergic children daily doses of peanut flour. Starting with minuscule doses, tolerances were built up gradually over six months. By the end of the original study, subjects could tolerate the equivalent of five peanuts. Not a cure, certainly, but a huge step forward for a growing population of people so allergic to peanuts that they can’t even eat food prepared in factories where peanuts are present.

One of Clark’s success stories is nine year old Michael Frost – a severely allergic patient who has found the treatment life altering.

His mother, Kate Frost, says in the press release that: “It’s very hard to describe how much of a difference it’s made – not just in Michael’s life, but for all of use. A peanut allergy affects the whole family. You can’t go out to a restaurant. If your child goes to a birthday party, he takes a packed lunch.”

Michael is going to celebrate his tenth birthday in a Chinese restaurant, a place he wouldn’t have been able to step foot in before the treatment because of the frequent use of peanut oil.

It’s still unclear if the results are permanent, but so far, if Clark’s patients maintain their five peanut a day intake, they seem to maintain enough tolerance to live fairly normal lives.”

Migraine is effectively treated by homeopathy

Homeopathy clinical trial: Migraine severity decreased by 72% + frequency by 81 % at 12 months:

Cephalalgia, Journal of Hellenic Headache Association
Volume 13, Number 3, July-September 2006
Summary
OBSERVATIONAL PROSPECTIVE STUDY OF HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH MIGRAINE, ATTENDING THE HEADACHE CLINIC OFNEUROLOGY DEPT “G.GENNIMATAS” ATHENS GENERAL HOSPITAL

S.Kivellos , J.Papatriantafyllou , K.Papilas , G.Vithoulkas , K.Karagerorgiou

BACKGROUND AND AIMS. Homeopathy trials of migraine prevention have yielded inconclusive results, partly due to different practice among various schools. We performed an observational prospective study of classical homeopathy in patients attending the Cephalalgia Clinic.

METHODS. Forty-two consecutive patients who attended the clinic while one of the authors was available were assigned to receive homeopathic treatment, according to the principles recommended by the I.A.C.H. and G.Vithoulkas. Additional evaluation by a neurologist was performed at baseline, 6 and 12 months. Primary and secondary measures of migraine severity and impact on quality of life were recorded and analyzed.

RESULTS. Thirty-six patients opted only for homeopathic treatment until the completion of the study, aged (mean±SD) 34±12 years, with a baseline HIT-6 score of 65±4. Significant improvement was recorded at 6 months (HIT-6 48±8, P<0.0009 vs baseline, Wilcoxon signed ranks test), which was further established at 12 months (HIT-6 41.2±7, P<0.0009 vs 6-months). Eighteen patients had been previously administered TCAs or antiepileptics for sufficient time without remarkable improvement. A difference in HIT-6 score between those ‘resistant’ to previous therapy and ‘new’ patients was found at six months (51.5±7 vs 44.5±7, respectively, P<0.01, Mann-Whitney test), but not at baseline (66±3.8 vs 64±4, respectively) or after 12 months (41.6±8 vs 40.6±5.3, respectively). Migraine severity (VAS) decreaed by 72% and frequency by 81 % at 12 months (P<0.0001 for both comparisons vs baseline). Mood was consistently higher at 12 months (Verbal Analogue Scale, P<0.001). Observed potential adverse effects on all 42 patients were an initial ‘aggravation’ of migraine symptoms in 69%, recurrence of past medical diseases (e.g. infections, eczema) in 33%, temporary emotional instability in 59% of the patients.

CONCLUSION. These results compare favorably with other modalities of migraine treatment. Therefore, homeopathy, as applied in this context, warrants further research with appropriately designed RCTs.

More Proof of the Efficacy of Homeopathy

Great article by Sam Adkins on recent clinical trials that confirm the efficacy of homeopathy- many thanks to her, and for the whole article see :

http://tinyurl.com/yhufkgm

2009
saw Homeopathy under attack particularly in the UK but also worldwide
due to the effectiveness of the internet. There seems to be a small but
organised anti-home…opathy lobby who have very loud voices and the
press tend to provide considerable media coverage to their press
releases. When there is so much clinical evidence that Homeopathy
works, this set of individuals have to practice intellectual dishonesty
by literally ignore its existence in order to hold what is a very
negative position about this effective medicine. This article seeks to share some research
and clinical trial references with you, so if you want to know more you
can go and read them for yourself. The amount of research available is
considerable but with the permission of Robert Medhurst from Brauers, I
have reproduced some of his information, and this article contains some

Tips for staying awake after you've been up all night

Nice article: check out: Tips on staying awake after you’ve been up all night

http://tinyurl.com/ya5r4se  Thanks to Nicole Evans!

Unless you plan to stay cuddled up in your house avoiding sharp objects and large machinery, staying awake after you’ve been up all night is dangerous.  Unfortunately, this situation is sometimes unavoidable.  Following these three tips to stay awake can make the aftermath of a sleepless night significantly more bearable.

Top Three Tips to Stay Awake on Zero Sleep:

-Put your sense of smell to work:

Your brain might be broadcasting static, your limbs might feel like lead weights and your hair might resemble a hastily crafted bird’s nest, but after a sleepless night your sense of smell will be as acute as ever.

Do NOT deeply inhale your cup of coffee first thing in the morning.  Studies have shown that the smell of coffee more often makes individuals feel relaxed, cozy and sleepy rather than perky and bright.

DO carry a tiny bottle of peppermint essential oil, a little bottle of lotion containing peppermint oil, or even a strongly smelling peppermint chapstick such as Burt’s Bees.  The smell of peppermint is activating and invigorating.  Apply a bit of the mint oil, lotion, or chapstick so that the smell will linger.  Inhale the peppermint smell with several deep, forceful, refreshing breaths and reapply through out the day.

-Make friends with caffeine:

Okay, now that you’ve been inhaling peppermint you can have your cup of coffee.  Chronically consuming large amounts of caffeine is not good for one’s health, but increasing your caffeine quota the day after you’ve been awake all night is required.

Coffee or, if you must, a similar strongly caffeinated beverage is a good choice for the really low groggy periods that occur through out the day.  Black coffee or coffee with a touch of cream is preferred over soft drinks and energy drinks because the sugar in these beverages will leave you with a nasty drop in energy.

Green tea and green chai tea are good drinks to sip slowly through out the day.  There is less caffeine in green tea than in coffee.  You are less likely to have highs and lows and less likely to get dehydrated than if you sip coffee or Red Bull all day.

-Take a power nap:

The mystical creature known as “the power nap” really does exist.  It’s that perfect nap that lasts the perfect amount of time, leaving you feeling rested and ready to face the rest of the day (or at least the next few hours).

Research shows that the ideal nap lasts between 5 minutes to 15 minutes.  Any longer than this and you are likely to wake up feeling cranky and dull.  If possible, plan for a power nap about one to two hours after lunch.  This is when you’re likely to hit the afternoon slump.  Set the alarm on your phone or watch, get as comfy as possible, and turn your brain off for 10 minutes.

All other tricks and tips for staying awake after a sleepless night can be used to supplement the three recommendations above.  Splash your face with cold water or step outside every couple of hours. Sit near sparkly eyed, energetic powerhouse people whose infectious enthusiasm can boost your own energy.  Walk when you’re trying to describe something complex or make decisions.  Advice for functioning after a night without sleep abounds.  Figure out what works for you and use it!

More confirmation of the efficacy of homeopathy

There is a terrific article in the journal “Homeopathy,” confirming once again the efficacy of homeopathy beyond placebo.

Peter Fisher, Editor is quoted: “Throughout its 200 year history claims that homeopathy has ‘real’ (as opposed to placebo) effects have been hotly contested. Our special issue brings together a wide range of scientific work in biological systems, where there can be no placebo effect, showing that there are now several biological experiments which yield consistently positive results with homeopathic dilutions.”

Why a New “Appetite-Control” Product May Turn the World of Weight Loss on its Head

I keep hearing about this product– very interesting! I will try it and report back here soon.

Thanks for this article go to www.howlifeworks.com

Why a New “Appetite-Control” Product May Turn the World of Weight Loss on its Head

The stream of new diet products is seemingly endless. However, take a longer look at most of these so-called new products and you quickly see that most are just recycled ideas, and bad ideas at that.

And today, the Internet only makes it easier for clever marketers to sell any old product and make outrageous claims about its effectiveness and safety.

So it’s truly rare to find a diet product that is new, safe and effective. But a California Company has recently launched a new product that may just fit the bill.

Called Sensa, it’s actually a food sprinkle that has been clinically proven to convince the brain to stop overeating. It’s tasteless and odorless, contains no stimulants and does not directly interact with the digestive system – which means there are no unpleasant side-effects. None of the horror stories associated with “fat-blockers” or stimulant based weight loss systems.

The theory behind the product is simple. It’s obvious that we eat too much, but why? It turns out that’s the way our brains are programmed. Throughout our evolutionary history, food has been scarce, so in order to ensure survival, humans have been conditioned to eat as much as they can whenever food is available. Unfortunately, when food is abundant and rich in calories, as it is today, the results can be ugly.

Enter Dr. Alan Hirsch, intrepid doctor and scientist whose lifelong specialty has been to understand how our senses, and in particular, smell and taste affect the brain’s functioning. Dr. Hirsch noticed that many of his patients who had lost their sense of smell and taste due to illness or accident experienced rapid weight gain. Certain smells and tastes seemed to be acting on the brain to control the appetite.

Dr. Hirsch studied hundreds of compounds and after years of research he developed a set of virtually odorless and tasteless food sprinkles, which he called “Tastants” that had a powerful impact on the body’s appetite-control center. Then, in one of the largest studies of a non-prescription weight-loss system, these Tastants were tested for effectiveness as a means of weight loss.

The results were significant. Over a 6 month period, 1,436 women and men sprinkled flavorless “Tastant” crystals on everything they ate, and lost an average of 30.5 pounds – nearly 15% of their total body weight.

Moreover, participants achieved these results without having to follow any special exercise regime or diet.

According to Dr Hirsch, “With Sensa, you can eat all the foods that satisfy your senses and you don’t have to deal with any intense food cravings or feelings of starvation. Sensa merely helps you eat less of the foods you love and gain greater satisfaction from smaller portions.”

Real weight loss without diet and exercise – too good to be true? Apparently the company anticipated a somewhat skeptical response from consumers so they have introduced the product through a special Free Trial Offer that lets you try it before paying for it.

You can learn more about this free trial offer at TrySensa.com
